The Gardenia Bonsai

It must be checked everyday although you must be careful not to flood the plant, so make sure you give it just enough water to keep the soil damp and moist. Under no circumstances fertilize the plant while in flower. Fertilize the plant every two or three weeks during spring and autumn and be sure to use a fertilizer for the Gardenia Bonsai which is suited for acid loving plants.

      Wiring the Gardenia Bonsai is best done in late spring to autumn, and making sure that you take great care in protecting its bark and branches. It is also a good idea not to do this while the plant is getting buds. Repot every one to two years around late winter or spring after Flowering. The roots are fine, for this reason it is a good idea to only remove about Ten Percent of the roots on the Gardenia Bonsai Plant.
